3.08 rear diff swap to a 3.46 diff?

Any of you 6 speed 335i owners out ther put a 3.46 rear diff with quaife into their cars? I currently have a 3.08 with a quiafe but I wonder if anyone has done this swap and would share their experiences.

Thanks!

Having to shift quicker... less traction in first... worst gas mileage.
