Not sure if you're aware of the renting other peoples sports cars such as M3's, M4's, 911's etc at a good rate that rental car companies can't match up with.

Definitely an amazing way to test drive cars and get a few days with it. The guy who I lent my car to actually ended up buying a e93 335i. He had my car for 7 days and on the 5th day he bought one!

It looks like there are TONS of negative feedback for the service as a renter though. Their yelp for LA is pretty scary lol.

I'm sure that's on a case by case basis. It's just like the Airbnb for cars. Each owner will treat their customers differently.

Also, each renter can review each experience. You usually want to rent from the people that have good reviews.

Totally understand that feeling. But if you look at these cars as assets that are making you cash flow. It may be worth it.
