Is it possible to order the M240i in an individual color?

Has anyone been able to order a different color than what is offered online? I know you can order individual colors in the M cars, was just wondering if you can do it in the M240i. Thanks for the responses.

It is not offered from the Leipzig Germany plant where the 2er is built.

Same goes for the M2. Not happening. A wrap is cheaper anyway.

Hello: There was a used individual car offered at a dealer in Edmonton - bright yellow, a beautiful car, but exorbitantly expensive. This may have been the car built for a television commercial I saw only once.

I've discussed a variety of 2-related options with my VIP client person at corporate. You can't do anything with the 2 aside from what's offered standard. Starting with 3 you can do a lot more. Paint, mix and match interior, etc.

Hopefully, with the upcoming 2018 MY LCI, they'll offer more colour choices on the 2-series. I'd personally like to see something between the Gazier Silver and Mineral Grey..

I'd settle for some of the colors on the 228/230!

Me too! My last WRX had a darker (gunmetal) silver. The new Tacoma's have it too. Slightly darker silver.

Lexus has a dark silver or light grey I've seen on several of their new IS models which would look stellar on the 2er.

I could see where they would not have the assembly line set up to do truly custom colors, but I would have thought that you should be able to order any of the other 2-series colors if you were willing to wait.

Silbergrau looked great on E46 models, a dark silver - light gray. Agree with you, something like the E46's silbergrau (silver-gray) or the Lexus silver-gray color would look sharp on the 2 Series.

I'm hoping that the 2018 MY 2er LCI will give us a few more colour choices along with a few visual design changes. If so, I'll go for it.
