They don't look it. There's a split/indentation down the spokes leading to the hub.

Holy fucking shit. I hope that the LHD version makes it to the US w/o any power loss.

Who cares about the wheels. A car that fast around the ring could have hot pink rims and I would still want to drive it.....hahahahahahaha
but of course as soon as I bought it the wheels would be changed....

The way i understand it the V-Spec is kind of like an uber version of the GT-R, kind of the like CSL was to the E46 M3. More power and lighter.

I was a die hard GT-R Fanboy...
but then I saw it live infront of me... I sat in it.. I turned the engine on... don't know... I wouldn't buy this car based on looks alone... my friend ordered the premium edition GT-R which is reserved only for the first few buyers of it... he is getting it in June/July... I'll write up a review of the car then when he gets it (and if I get a ride)

Sort of. There will likely be an even higher level NISMO version as well. Historically the GT-R has had several variants throughout its life. It wouldn't surprise me if the new one is the same. But, some of those version may be JDM only. |

The GTR is already ridiculous. 0 to 60 in 3.4. 7.38 around the Nurburing. Sure the interior looks like shit but you can legitimately sit four people in it. Plus you can drive it in the snow.
If there ever was a real life Batmobile - this is it! Nothing else compares. And the killer is the price $80k in Canada! Less in U.S. I am just so sad I will not be able to get one. I would have cruised around like f***ing Robin Hood killing Porsches, Ferraris, Lambos, and Ms - then I would have beaten up the drivers, sold their cars and distributed the money to the poor Instead it will be a bunch of douchebags paying over sticker and if I ever catch them in my 335i beating them up will much more difficult since I'll be so tired driving to keep up... |
