Canada / Euro Delivery Possible ?

Ok, I have a good buddy in Canada that can get me an awesome discount on a new 335. My question is ..... Can we do euro delivery on it ? Also I live in New York ... will it pass emissions here ? And last but not least, do the same rules apply for the oil cooler in Canada packages (sport pkg required)?

Side question lol - Will warranty carry over to me if he "sells" me the car ?

Not sure what kind of discount he can get but when you consider the base prise of a 335i in the states is 40K and in Canada it's 50K not sure how the deal can be that great

As for your other questions, yes the oil cooler comes with sport package only. The warranty will be honored in the US not sure about the maintenance/service plan though. I know the other way around it isn't, it's BMW Canada way in trying to scare people from importing US cars to Canada (they BMW Canada) also charge 3000$ for you to import a car form the US into Canada. Euro delivery is not available for us. And emissions shouldn't be an issue.

I don't thing the US has the same tactics since most US car buyers are not flocking to Canada to purchase their BMW's since our prices are so competitive compared to yours

Hope this helps,
