We show you 100 years of BMW at AutoWorld in Brussels...
Autoworld Museum 1000 Brussels, Belgium autoworld.be The Autoworld Museum in Brussels, Belgium had an awesome display of BMW's back around Christmas time. I don't think we will see a collection quite like this in a long, long time. Most of the car's were from BMW Belgium, but some were from BMW Classic and the BMW Belgium car club. It was an epic BMW collection.  I had to brave a fairly gnarly winter storm. It was touch and go for awhile... but once I crossed over into Luxembourg and later in Brussels... the weather changed from winter like to spring like in Brussels! It was worth the nail biting(driving in western Germany) getting my butt over to the Autoworld. It was also nice meeting up with some old BP forum friend's Artemis and Grey Dove  The Autoworld Museum hall was designed and built by Alexandre Gustave Eiffel as in the Eiffel Tower fame. The Autoworld(and the Belgium Military Museum next door. I highly recommend visiting both museums!) is a really interesting building. You can really feel the sense of history in the halls here. Nice to be remembered of Dackel...
I've been there the day before New Year. Great exhibition. After that I went to the Brand Store at the Waterloolaan where they had a smaller display of historic models and the CSL Hommage R Concept. I've taken 'some' pictures as well ;-) https://flickr.com/photos/64254358@N...57674696102654 |

Wow that was a lot of great photo's. Too many great cars to pick any out! What yellow was the Z1? Love the violet Aplina 8 series. The old and new was awesome to see and so many race cars. The jagermeister cars just look cool!

Astonishing...... these pictures make me speechless, and also make me realise why i have driven nothing else since 1989...
For those who arent aware, or are interested to know, that E30 Art Car was painted By Ken Done, an artist from Sydney, here in Aus. He was immensly popular here in the "80's" and his works were very much the "in thing" back then... He was famous for always wearing shirts as bright as this E30......
