mechatronics sleeve TCU/Pins

changing out valvebodies on my 6hp21 to run a better flash, one of the pins broke thanks to a helper i had holding the unit when unbolting, does anyone know if i can replace the pin head connecting to the TCU or?

i fixed it... somewhat haha

^ New (07+), Old (pre 07), 101ducks (07+)

^ Transmission control unit aka (TCU) off for those wondering what it looks like off the valvebody

^ Valvebody

have it all bolted on now and shoulddddd have it running updated flash tmoz.

What pins did you break exactly? The pins in the TCU plug connection?

Ok I done the same when swapping TCU to a flashable one! I contacted various ecu repair shops all said sorry it's a sealed unit so it's unfixable!!!

Only one pin snapped, in the end I managed to solder it back on and very carefully push the plug back on. Been a year now and no issues. (Knock on wood)

That lock ring will pull round easy IF the plug is seated properly

Good work!! Do you have by any chance a spare TCU or valve body available for sale? I want to make the alpina flash too
