Newbie at coding need help.
I'm stuck at the stage of trying to connect to the car. The target is empty and the connect button is grey out, even thou it shows the VIN of the car. I'v searched all over the internet and put the Data/pszdata and all that, but i'm not that computer savy And I still don't know what else to do. Any help on what direction to go I will appreciate it.

Ah, now i understand.
You have to look in the folder ...\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\F020\F020_..._..._... \odx There have to be 2 folders "dist" and "src". At some installations the "dist" folder is missing. You must create an empty folder named "dist". If you sometimes want to code another f-series car you have to do this at all folders in ...\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\ If you did it you can choose your car series under target. |

You say your using a Mac with a Window VM.... how is the ENET cable connected? Straight to an ethernet port, or are you using a USB to Ethernet adapter/dongle?
If straight to ethernet, how is that port configured in the VM's settings? Bridged? NAT? If USB, are the VMs settings set to connect all USB devices to the VM or to the Mac? |
