accident: car won't be the same... (with pics)
So I got into a pretty bad accident, totally not my fault tho. It was at E49th Ave and Prince Edward in Vancouver, and its one of those stop-sign/traffic light intersections...anyways he had the stop sign, and he went thru the intersection while i was going straight with a green...i hit his rear wheel at like 40km/h. By the time i saw him i had like 2 car lengths, and it had just started raining, so the ground was as slippery as it can be. Now my front end is totally messed up.
I know for sure the car won't be the same after its fixed...prob at least $10,000 in repair at least. I was gonna buy out this car after the lease, but now..definitely not. Feel free to share your thoughts. Heres some pics:

the guy was driving a toyota rav4 2003, his rear rightside wheel was bent inward...and den a few dents and scratches around the rear panel...other than that it looked fine....im guessing part of the reason theres so much damage on my car is cuz i hit his wheel straight on? im not too sure... but yea...my friend and i were totally fine, and no the airbags didnt blow, cuz i wasn't going that fast. Thanks for the sympathy guys.

Here is what my car look like when i had the accident, the repair was 12k, but i went through icbc so it didn't matter how much, i wouldnt be surprised if urs goes up to 20k depending on the engine's condition and body shop.
