1/M/X6 Reception at Otto's

Otto's BMW in Ottawa had a great reception tonight to introduce their guests to the 1 series, the M coupe, and the X6. Lots of great food, beer, wine, and a martini bar -- not much more to ask for. Here are a few pix...

it was hard to get good pictures of the cars -- everyone wanted to try them on for size. I've also included a picture of their beautiful 2002ti.

Update: the 2002ti is a personal car; I have removed the picture until I have permission to post.

Hopefully there will be another party when the 335d and 535d come up this fall.

i don't think so -- they have it and a matching 3.0 Cs in the showroom most of the time, but I don't think they'll sell either one...

Defiantly not for sale. When you take delivery at Otto's, your car is parked beside those two in their "Museum". Apparantly one of those cars belonged to Otto's Daughter (who now runs the dealership) and the other to Otto himself (who brought the brand to Canada, so I'm told). They are supposedly the first two BMWs ever sold in Canada, so I've also been told. I'm not sure how accurate that is though.

I'll drop by and snap some updates (including the 3.0Cs) this weekend.

Update: the 2002ti and the 3.0Cs are personal cars; I will post pictures if I can get permission to do so.

I was there last night too, had a great time. I really liked the M3 and impressed with the 128I!

I heard the 535d isn't coming. Only 335d and X5d are slated to come to Canada this fall.
