She looks much more attractive here than in her role in The Walking Dead!

Looks like they went overboard with the lens flares a la Abrams Star Trek. Looks better than I though it would. Hopefully it delivers!

Netflix will carry it internationally, but not in the US. CBS probably wanted to reserve our tiny little market for itself.

It would be smart to have CBS do the first run then release them later on Netflix. They will gain a bigger audience that way.

The problem is that its going to be on all access only (online) not tv. So you'll have to subscribe to all-access even if you already have cable. Pretty stupid.

I don't know if serious... but I do think Michelle Yeoh was more attractive like 20 years ago when she was in her 30s. She always played the athletic/action type of roles... I never thought she was pretty but she was ok. At 54, I don't find her attractive at all.

I guess it goes with the normal narrative of older/wiser people as captains. The Star Trek movie cast is good but kinda unrealistic.
