It looks like the current owner has done quite a bit of maintenance repair already.
OEM turbos are priced around $1400 for a pair and a labor might be 1+ days.
Injectors are around $800 from FCPEuro
We've seen more high mileage N54s with spun rod bearings. Rev the engine with the cosmetic cover removed. If possible, listen to it from underneath on a lift. Listen for clacking. Check the rod knock thread.
One thing to keep in mind is that these used cars are very cheap to buy, but very expensive to fix. Even though the current owner says that he replaced all that stuff recently, I'd still take it with a grain of salt and have $10k saved for unexpected repairs.
