Octane booster?

I dont have access to e85 or 93 octane where i live
I want to be able to run mhd on 93 map. What are my options ? Has anyone experimented with octane boosters? Any recommendations or specific brands?
I really appreciate any feedback.

I have used royal purple maxboost and nos. both have mmt and leaves deposits on spark plugs. They did help to reduce timing corr, but nothing like e85. Now i only use e85, drive 10mi out of the way and store 12gal in cans. Running e20.

Octane boosters = trash. If you want, have race gas or E85 shipped to you and blend when you need it. Just be aware that E85 is hydroscopic and if it is not stored properly, it will absorb water and ruin the quality of the fuel.

Also -- If you're running E85 fairly regularly, should probably run a fuel lube through every once in a while

What's a good ratio to blend e85 and 93 octane with FBO? Running stock pumps and injectors.

To do what with it? Run an OTS 93 map?

If so, add E0.

Depends on each care and how you're tuned. Take some logs and check your fuel trims, you'll quickly find the limit when pressure crashes

Buy Xylene from any hardware store in 1g cans. I don't feel like typing a book. Google it and Tolulene and Formula 1 1980's insane turbo race gas. The BMW F1 team ran this heavily in their 1400hp turbo engines back in the 1980's until the rules changed. It's good stuff and available at Lowes or Home Depot.

Since when is octane booster a "fuel lube?"

Sounds like you're looking for an equal parts mix of Torco & KY Jelly.

No worries, don't mind that Xylene, Toulene and Benzene are all carcinogenic... Also, the fuel system was designed to withstand prolonged and high concentration exposure to these chemicals
