Bad Gas Mileage After Maintenance

Hey guys, so I cleaned my valves, did new plugs ans coilpacks, replaced low pressure fuel sensor, and redid my vacuum lines. Car runs great but mileage has gone down quit a bit. 1/4 gets me about 99miles on the freeway doing 74ish. Now mileage on dash says im getting 30 to 32 but it seems off to me. When I filled up on town i watched the needle move 1 tick and I only had gone 10 miles. Any ideas or am I just over worrying? Now I love my smiles per gallon, but I havnet put my foot into it really yet. Thanks for your time guys.

Mhd stage 1 plus fmic, dci. Only mods done so far.

100 miles per 1/4 tank sounds normal to me. That's about what my car gets when cruising on the highway. That's around 26-27mpg.
