problem datalogging

Yesterday I tried to hook up everything and run some datalogs. I followed the instructions and everytime I clicked on Com1 it said unable to connect to Com1. I installed the driver for the USB cable. Anyone have any suggestions?

what OS are you running?

Try different com's... i had to use com 3

Got it thanks, now my boost is at 13.8 and it spikes at 14.06. I'm at default settings, and I'm not sure how to change the user torque settings

now when im doing a datalog it just disconnects and i have to stop, turn off my car do everything over, and it connects for like 2 minutes and then disconnects again. Ontop of that, i have no idea how to change my user torque settings, the map options wont let me click on any of them.. does anyone know what to do?? ive searched and idk what to do..
