M Performance brake swap from 328 to 335

I currently have a set of the Red M Performance brakes on my 2014 F30 328i that I had the dealer install after I got the car. They failed to return my factory set and when I went back to get them they couldn't find them. it's time to turn the car back in as it is a lease. I have a friend who is willing to do a swap on our brakes from his 335 to my 328. Anyone know it there will be an issue? I did notice that there may be a different part number for the rear rotors. I really don't want to give the dealership the M Performance brakes back with the car.

Thanks

I may be mistaken but i'm sure they are a different internal diameter on the rear disc of the 328 and 335. Think its to do with the internal drum/handbrake. Maybe someone else can confirm?

Were they rolled into your lease?

Then the M Performance not required for lease return...and could actually be an issue.

However, knowing you would have this coming up in the future, how coukd you allow Dealer to not return your stock brakes

They were supposed to return them. The wife picked up the car on a Friday and they didn't put them in the trunk. I went back in Monday to get them and they couldn't find them. Needless to say I wasn't real happy. There isnt anything that BMW can say about them not being what came in the car as they are the ones that F&$ed up everything.

Well, Dealership is 3rd party, not BMWFS.

BMWFS did not install new brakes or not return old ones.

That you let this be unresolved falls on you. You should take to small claims court, but you may have waited too long.
