Help. Need codes cleared in So Cal

Hi guys. I think I have the wastegate actuator problem and need to take my car to the dealer. I've had a few limp modes in the past while playing with the Procede (which I will be removing). Can anyone in So Cal (Los Angeles)clear my codes. The wastegate problem is not related to the Procede but I really don't want any hassle from the dealer. Appreciate the help.

I bought mine from vishnu with my procede awhile back. Not really sure if it can clear the "phantom" codes that have been brought up in recent speculation..

btw thats the first result that came up from google so you may be able to find one cheaper elsewhere.
