update, Just seen a post on facebook. When the cops spoke to the driver he was gutted, "it was a Ferrari, I have only just got it, picked it up 1 hour ago"!!!! it was a 430 Scuderia :,(

Probably should just turn that lease back in now. But they might charge him damage charges.

it's clear what happened, I'd bet he picked it up from Ferrari in Leeds, drove through the Leeds traffic and down the m1 through the managed motorway section which then ends at junction 39. At the next opportunity he's decided to test out the performance, floored and the results are here to see.

You have to feel a little sorry for the guy, I'd be devastated, Just glad nobody has been hurt.

IT WASN'T A BRAND NEW CAR AS THE 430 STOPPED PRODUCTION YEARS AGO!!!!

Sorry had to get that off my chest.
