AC Schnitzer vs. Eibach springs for f32

What is the difference between AC Schnitzer and Eibach pro kit spings for f32? I know that Eibach produce ACS springs, but is there any difference? I wish to modify the suspension of my f32 M sport to be similar to an E92 M sport. Is enough to just replace the springs or i should go with some full kit like Bilstein B12? I don't want to exceed the stifness of E92 with M sport package. I really miss the sharpness of my previous e92 Msport wich i think that was better balanced car than f32 Msport.
