Killed playboy. You get his suit plus a outfit from one of the GTA3 games. The money is worthless since a few missions later you get a $325k reward or something.

if you keep dwayne alive, you eventually become his friend. once his friend rating is above 75% (i think) he provides a special ability of sending two armed friends to help you out on almost any mission with a simple phone call. its very helpful. plus you get a new safehouse
