I'm not trying to be rude or racist, i'm just curious.

If people find this offensive, MODS can close this thread.

So...today I saw this Hindu couple, they're probably in their 60-70. The guy has a pretty long beard. That i find very normal, but what shocks me is that even the woman has a little small beard too.

So my questions are...

1. Do all girls have a beard if they don't shave?

2. Do girls shave?

3. Is it only Hindu woman that has beard?

4. Is there other woman from different race has a beard too?

And again, i'm not trying to be rude.

I'm pretty sure that the woman had a beard b/c she didn't care how she looked...I've seen spanish, african american, asian women with beards so should I make that same assumption? I saw an asian woman with a beard. Do all asian women have beards? Do asian women shave?

Its a little bit of common sense..some women are prone to having more hair than others and old people probably can care less how they appear to the public...no matter what race.

ummm.....wow. I'm not Hindu but I have friends that are. Ok seriously, do you really think that the women want to have beards??/ Come on man you're smarter than that.

If you see them wearing tubans chances are they are Sikh. The males in that religion are not allowed to cut their hair or shave/trim their beards hence they "wear" it on their head and keep it in a turban. I don't know if its to cover it or maybe the turban actually helps to keep the hair in one place.

As for the smell, indians primarily cook with onions ginger and garlic which is why most indians smell like that.

Also, most girls do shave it's just that when you get old, regardless of religion or creed, you stop giving a shit

Hindu (Hinduism) is a religion, not a race. White, Asian, Black, etc can be hindus.

You may be thinking Indian (India), that doesn't necessarily mean they are Hindu. Indians can be catholic, muslim, hindu, etc.

That said, women of all races can be hairy.

You've gotta be kidding me..wtf? The smell thing is pretty bad..I don't get why some ppl can't just shower or whatever before going out?! I'm Indian and it's it's ppl like that which lead to the whole "smelly Indians" notion. Btw. it's def. not b/c Indians cook w/onions & garlic..my mom cooks Indian food all the time and the house/clothes never smells like curry or whatever. Some ppl are just dirty & have bad hygienic habits IMO.
