Lowering with 9.5j 255/30/19 et45 on rears

Hi guys,

I've been wanting to lower my M240i for a while now but not convinced it will be possible without any modifications to make it fit.

I want to lower the car by 15mm front and back.
Front: 8.5j et40 with 235/35/19
Rear: 9.5j et45 with 255/30/19

Anybody had their car lowered with this set up yet? Was there any rubbing without rolling fenders or adjusting anything? Pictures would be appreciated.
