Red Push Start Button....
I will not say where I purchased this from ...but I'm sure it's fresh news for some members. (can easily be purchased off fleabay and the sorts)
Wasn't sure how I was going to feel about it and was worried it would be too "rice", but must say I like it a lot. I also have Coral interior. (Although I wish it was satin instead of gloss.) Anyway, thought I would share. Please mind the cluttered work station and filthy car. |

Cool mod! Why so cryptic about the source?

Cuz the seller was banned for selling a few here and because they're not an official site sponsor, they were perma-banned. Silly IMO, but it happens. Got mine in the other day, just haven't had the time to install it yet.
@ OP: Hard to see the darker pic (which I'm most interested in), but is the light coming through the red dye itself too? Not sure I'm liking that if it is and may hold off installing it. |

I don't believe so. I'll take a better pic this evening when I get home. I remember shining my cell phone light thru the backside but don't remember if it bled thru the dye or not.
Install really takes about 2-4 minutes(including walking back and forth to your work station) so it will be simple to revert back to stock. |

It's about the same price online, but steep is subjective when there's not a lot of options out there. You can get one right now from china for about 30 bucks and in about 2 years, they'll be 4 bucks. Is what it is.

Exactly that. Paid $40 if the other guy feels better knowing he dodged that price?

Replacement is super simple. I hope linking youtube videos is ok. Removing it from the dash is done with a trim removal tool. I removed it from the right(centerdash) side and carefully pry'd back. Just remember you're messing with small plastic tabs, so take your time to keep from snapping anything. Last edited by Mouse; 09-26-2017 at 04:00 PM.. Reason: added info |
