I must say I give them an A++. I dropped the E92 off Monday before leaving town. My front driver's side forlight housing was full of moisture. I have aftermarket HID lights. The thought crossed my mind that they may give me a hard time because of it. Not at all. They called me tuesday to tell me the car was done and ready to be picked up. The SA told me they couldn't replace my bulb because it is not OEM. Very understandable. They stored the car for me til I got back in town. I must say, it was a pleasent experiance. Just figured I would share this with the local members.

so what have they done to the car? Clean the moisture off? Replace the housing?

They replaced the entire housing.
