What brake option do I have?

Apology in advance if this is a dumb question. I just recently purchased this CPO f32 435i msport and have had a blast driving my first bmw! The handling is great, the speed is incredible and aesthetics are amazing

Now, my question is what brake option do I have? The front calipers look like they're m sport calipers with the m sport logo but the rear are the stock ones. Also the paint color is more of a tiffany blue than the typical m sport blue. Did the previous owner paint them himself or were these part of a specific package? And can I potentially get it repainted/replaced?

The beauty..

Have mercy on my trash editing and amateur questions.. thanks haha

Thanks for the informative link. my VIN which shows the P337A M sport package.. which according to the link seems like I shouldn't have those front 4 piston brake calipers.

My setup right now falls in line with the 'US M Sport Brake Upgrade 1 (S2NHA)' with 4 piston caliper in front and stock on rear.
