best wheel spacer??

Just got my dinan springs and bump stops. I plan to install them this weekend.

what wheel spacers is everyone using? How many mm and which brand

Stock 18's or 19's?

If 19's most guys run 10mm in front and 12-15mm at rear.

Why do you want to install spacers?

was for appearance but after reading review and seeing prices i am no longer interested.

I think it adds a nice little touch to the appearance. FWIW I bought BMS spacers and I have the 19 inch wheels. 12mm front. 15mm back. No rubbing or anything crazy and they were inexpensive.
