Michelin PS4S finally available in 18's at Discount Tire Direct for great price!!

I've been waiting since last July to replace my PSS with PS4S but they weren't available until just now. i got the 225/40/ZR18 and 255/35/ZR18 for $809.40 including free shipping, PLUS, they have a $70 rebate for purchasing 4 Michelin tires between 2/1 and 2/10 so hurry while rebate is still good!
They don't show up on discounttire.com yet because they're just now shipping them to the warehouses so you'll have to open a chat with a rep to order them. Mariza is who i placed my order with and also chatted with Phillip there. Both of them were very helpful and nice to work with so i recommend you request them via chat. just for fun tell them Ben referred you
btw, their competitor wanted $940 shipped for same tires so with the rebate from Discount Tire you're looking at a $200 savings.

Nice, been asking about them everytime I stop by DT for air fill and nothing yet. Great price too, $740 with the rebate and probably $60 to have them replaced at the DT store. How many miles are you guys getting before replacing your PSS?

Yep I think I've squeezed 22-24k. Rears were at 4/32 at 22k and fronts at 4/32 at 24k. I'm at 3/32 on rears now at 24k

Just ordered it in store. I showed him the first post and he got me that price plus the standard $78 for mounting. Came out to $885 OTD and I'm expecting the rebate card in a few weeks. Thanks for the heads up OP.

These are the stickier ones that came on the F80 M3? I could get behind that but for the price of regular PSS I'll probably be going with the Firestone Indy 500s in the future.

I just called discounttiredirect.com. They are out of stock, but can drop ship if you call them. Better yet they are having a presidents day sale starting monday with their rebate being $100 off a set (vs michelin $70). Good deal!

I don't think the PS4S are worth it. I think the new Continental ExtremeContact sport are a better value. They aren't as good as the PS4S but better than PSS. And for 235/40-18 and 265/35-18 will cost me only $671. Plus they have a longer tread warranty and are cheaper than even PSS.

Where are you buying your Continentals from? That's a really good deal.

The PS4S are cheaper than PSS and last longer. I've got 24k from my PSS but only 10k from the Conti DW which is the predecessor to the extreme contacts. I was willing to pay the extra $38 for the set of PS4S not to have to worry about an unproven Conti

Does anyone have a link to see what sizes are available for 18”? I tried searching but couldn’t find the info.

How is 809 for PS4s vs 814 for PSS not cheaper?

Just put these on and ride is noticeably quieter. With the run flats I can feel and hear every crack in the road. Now it take a much bigger crack for me to feel in the cabin and the thumps are much duller. Definitely happy after my first drive
