Im going to be taking delivery of my 335i in a month or so and had a question.

My question to you guys is whether any of you have gone down to the US and had a dinan tune installed at a BMW dealer. Anyone think there would be any problems with this warranty wise or anything else?? The reason i want to know is because its something like $600 cheaper across the border.

What can you have the flash done for in the US? I'm guessing you've been talking with the BMW dealership in Vancouver who is a complete ripoff ?

You could always drive to Calgary and get it done here .....

I was also thinking the same thing drive down to Seattle because I wanted to get the oil cooler as well, locally I got quoted $2800 for the Dinan OC and another $800 to get it installed at Auto West. Then another $2200 for the flash plus tax.

Although I dont know if there would be any warranty issues in Canada??
