RB External PCV Outlet Routing?

In a few days I am going to install a RB external non PNP and had everything figured out until tonight. I was originally going to tap the 1/8npt bung into the intake manifold, but then I thought about the meth bung. I have a CPE chargepipe with a single 1/8npt meth bung. This is where I want some input.

Are there any negatives running the outlet line from the catch can into the meth bung instead of directly into the manifold?

The PCV valve needs to get to a vacuum reference source. The only way to do the is to get the source placed in between the throttle plate (on the throttle body) and the intake valves, as that is the only place that provides a vacuum. In short no you can not put the vacuum reference bung on the chargepipe as this will not see any vacuum, so do as instructed and put the bung in the manifold.

Thanks,
Rob
