What happened to the signal? Would it not be easier to just fix that?

That would be possible as well although I doubt Umnitza is willing to give me the instructions to repair them. I'm going to email them anyways and see what happens.

Well, do you know the issue with the signal? Are you sure it's not just bad contacts on the bulb holder? I know the DEPOs suffer(ed) from the bulb holder contacts being depressed too far in. Even after the "fix" of pulling them out, they went back down after a couple days. I ended up swapping the OEM holder from my halogens and no issue to date.
