Mr. Marchionne passed away earlier today. He was a titan in the industry and is responsible for the resurgence of the Scuderia to its position of excellence in Formula One. RIP, sir.

Frm a Bloomberg article it seems he had been very ill for about a year, some speculation he had cancer and this brings up the subject of how much information stock holders should have concerning heads of traded corporations ?
