Modified exhaust problem
My 2018 X3 2.0i M Sport was delivered in June 3 months late as it was held up for exhaust system modification at the Southampton UK technical centre. BMW referred to the new parts as a “product quality enhancement”. I have now covered 5,000 miles and the 2 halves of the exhaust system have just parted company for the second time. I’m waiting for the car to be towed away and repaired again. Am I alone amongst those of us who had to wait for delivery or are there others who are hitting these problems?
