Also I have spacers on now. 12mm in front and 1mnin rear. Will these need to be removed?

8.5" +20 will poke a bit, so you definitely do not need spacers.

245/30/20 is what i'd put on, especially since you're lowered. you could also do 235/35/20 or 255/30/20.
