I'd say on average it brings up the payment 200/month easily.
Say you settle on a car that has an MSRP of 115K. With a residual of 61% that is a depreciation of 44850 at the 2018 rate, but 56350 at the 2019 rate of 51%. Assuming you purchased at MSRP (which you shouldn't) that is 1245.83/month for the 2018, and 1565.28/month on the 2019. It makes getting the 2019 on a lease much more costly. Edit: Those monthly costs do not factor in the bank money or taxes, just depreciation. |

For reference, riceman's numbers are spot on, but if you want to calculate yourself use Ride with G Auto Lease Calculator.

Is 2019 the LCI or will it be 2020?

The car just came out in '18. I would guess that the LCI will be in either 2021 or 2022.

For the F10, I think the LCI came out as the 2015 model year. Two years after the F10 was introduced as a 2013 model.
So given that, the LCI for F90 should be the 2020 model. f.
