In the US 155 MPH unless you option the M Driver's Package which will increase the limiter to 189 MPH and it has been tested during my European delivery on the German autobahns

I’ve read it’s a 2 step limiter. Will peak at 163mph and pull back to a steady 155mph.

TPMS settings, measured tyre pressure, Axle Load sensors, and Ambient Temperature do trigger different variable speed limiters below those however.

The speed limiter is the driver's balls. Because quite frankly it is pretty hard to find open road to hit 155 or 186mph.

Nevertheless I believe it limits at 167mph in the speedo with limiter and with M driver pack it limits at 195mph in the speedo

Mine doesn't have the limiter (and the max I have gone is 150 so far), but from what I saw in autobahn videos of limited cars, it cuts at 167mph and stays there. It doesn't appear to reduce the speed.
