4 months - wrong configuration

Waited 4 months for me and my brothers G05. Both same configuration. Both misconfigured by the dealer. We specified air suspension, came without. Not to mention that first configuration was including laser lights and after two weeks they called and tell me that i have to wait until march for laser lights. I accepted adaptive led to shorten the waiting period. What should i do? Never experienced something like this
Photo attached were it can be seen the missing buttons for the air suspension.

I could think of a few you could tell them, but they might not allow you back into the dealership.

I would reorder and wait to get what you want and not settle. The air suspension is worth the wait in my opinion.

When I was tracking my car before it went into production, I could see all the specs on it and that was the window if I wanted to change anything. Did you not confirm all specs online (mygarage on bmw website )prior to it going into production?

it's better than accepting a car that isn't what you want

I had a serious conversation regarding the air suspension. I have the conversation on whatsapp. They thought M Sportpack includes this.. this is what i belive. It were the first cars ordered here.. yes. We also sign the configs. But i also have the conversation where i clearly specific that cars must have the air suspension.

I would be extremely pissed off by getting something else than ordered. Now, the issue here is somewhere in between as you've agreed to a configuration (your problem) while the dealer has not explained it properly to you (dealer's problem). Who wins in the discussion is debatable. Din you at least get the pro M suspension or standard? Not that it really matters when it comes to having the air suspension as none of them have it, but at least the M Pro is better when driving through tight corners.
I think this is yet another case of the sales agent not being properly trained to explain all features. I actually also discovered on my own that M Pro does not include air suspension...I thought it would have all in, being the most expensive option and offering the best stability...yet, nope, it's either air suspension or M Pro.
The other question is why do you guys believe the air suspension is a must. If you're taking your cars off-road, then indeed, it's helping. If you're driving only on normal roads, having the M suspension probably gives you better control in curves while not being that much different than the air suspension in terms of confort.
if I were you, I would either refuse the car (but legally not sure that would work since you've agreed on a spec) or try to get an extra discount for being exposed to this entire issue.
I strongly believe it's not really the customer learning each nut and bolt in a car but the dealer offering guidance and support to help the customer in choosing the best car for his money.

Try to order one, now. I had a dialog with another dealer today. The same: no laser light for personal config until march. Indeed, there are cars woth laser lights.

3 months is nothing considering you will have the car for 3+ years.

Order the car you want and in 3 months and 1 day you will not care about the wait. Air is a must - 10x smoother on other cars I have driven. There's a reason why the fully-fledged Range Rover has had it for many years!

If you can wait then don't take the car and go for laser and air.

If you would rather not wait cut a deal. They obviously must cut the cost of air and a fair bit more.

Maybe it's something country specific... I already had a quote from the dealer, configured my way: 05AZ - BMW Laserlight - EUR 1,764.70 included.

In any case - I feel your pain with wrong config. Had similar issue with F15 M50d: waited over 3 months to get base stereo instead of HK. Furious doesn't even start to describe it...
