Carbon black with what interior?

Ivory is more elegant and rich unique look
Tartufo is more practical and less care required (it's a must if you have kids)

I got Marino ivory with black Saphire and black piano trims

Ivory will show all dirt, it's not ideal for people who drive their cars at all imo. I keep my car extremely clean so having a white interior would likely drive me insane; I don't have kids either.

Leather protector? The leather shouldn't absorb outside dyes but even so I always use a good leather conditioner/cleaner every other week depending on how hot it is.
