I have a 435i GC xdrive with M package. My brakes are the plain gray and I want to paint them blue. Any one recommend paint to look like the blue that comes from factory??

Why blue? And specifically the blue that matches the M Performance brakes? There are plenty of colors that could look good. Just seems like it could come off as poser-like to try to exactly match the color of the upgraded brakes without actually having the upgraded brakes. Just my 2 cents.

The only high temperature paint I found in a can that's more of a metallic look is Dupli-Color Metal Cast EMC201007, I got a can to paint mine but ended up going to get them powdercoated so I don't know how well it would match or look.

I had bought a second hand set of blue calipers with the intention to touch them up. Found they were in way rougher condition than I thought so I'm getting them powdercoated. And since I went with that route I had endless options of colors, especially with a white car.

Here's a discussion on the blue: https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...per+color+code

G2 offers custom colors for paint but i'd go with Vulpe's suggestion to powdercoat

My car is black and i plan on changing the trim to aluminum with blue stripe. Think it'll look good with blue inside and some blue accent on the outside as well. I have the upgraded brakes, just not painted.

I painted mine with Duplicolor G2 brush on kit. Stuck a silver brembo sticker on them that I got from ebay. Clearcoated the whole thing. Came out ok. Obviously if you have the time to take your calipers off and get them powdercoated it would look the best.

Looks great. I plan on putting the M decal. I am assuming you didn't take them off?

Really going for it with the fake M Performance brake look. To each their own.

My stock calipers were weathered to shit and brought the appearance of the whole car down so I painted them. My car is a 335i so these ARE oem brembo's. M performance brakes only come in red, orange, and yellow.

You're right. I was referring to the MSport blue brakes that OP is looking to copy. Your blue however, isn't the same shade, nor did you put ///M decals. I'm down with the brembo decal given they are brembos.

I have no issues with painting calipers, might actually do it myself. Haven't decided if I want to do red or yellow though.

I was looking for the ///M decals as well but decided against it since I don’t like all the ///M branded stuff on a non M car anyway. I ordered 4 different size Brembo decals, one fits well on the front. The size and shape of the rear doesn’t work well with a word the length of Brembo so I’m thinking I’m just going to use the actual logo and not the word from the biggest decal I have to put on the rear.

I had mine painted Porsche Acid Green and added Brembo stickers before the clear coat.
