Ya. I think somebody made this meme after pictures of the new seven series came out. The grills on that thing are a joke.

After seeing the new iteration of the 7 front end, I thank my stars daily that I switched to M cars a few years back. I'll take my M5 over ANY 7 any day!

I feel like most M drivers will agree with this. In fact I take it a step further. When my friends say "oh you got a BMW" I say "no I got an M" lol I feel like it's a completely different car.

I was on the fence when my lease is up next year, but that new look for the 7 really makes the case for the M5. Unless they put the 8 series engine in the updated 7 series. Is the leg room in the new 5 an upgrade from the previous model? Had the 550 before and was getting tired of the complaints about the rear seats.

LMAO!

I got a 2013 A8L for that reason, and guess what? They complained anyway. You cannot please teenagers. They preferred the separate seats in the Sienna. Captains chairs and third row.

Get the CAR you want and don't sweat the complaints.

I must admit these pictures of the grill have merit. It's a humble reminder to the designers and product planners that "bigger is better" doesn't always apply.

Hold on. I think that X7 is just a regular pic of the X7. Don't think that's a satire.

What amazes me is that everyone (almost) here makes fun of the oversized grills yet BMW keeps doing it. We reprsent a significant focus group of BMW enthusiasts. One would think that the company would take the hint!

Ehm, no. You (we) are probably like the 0,05% of the typical BMW buyers. Would be stupid by BMW to listen to (often fanatic) users on a BMW dedicated forum

E9x grills are small. G20 grills are large. Somewhere in between is good.
