Map voice guidance- volume faint

My map voice guidance volume is very faint during map use. Can someone please Tell me which menu option it is?

You have to turn up the volume WHILE the voice guidance is speaking. It works separately from the radio, etc. volume.

This you have to catch it while giving instructions and turn up the volume with the knob or steering wheels controls while it is talking.

You can give the verbal command "repeat" and iDrive will repeat the last instructions when you're prepared for it to adjust the nav volume.
