Driving Assistance Professional Package includes ACC?

Does the Driving Assistance Professional Package already come with ACC. I tried to add ACC to my configuration but got the following message.

I concur. Just ordered our X5. Originally had ACC Option 5AS, and then for MSRP $900 more changed to package ZDY which per the description deletes 5AS.

I have the DA Professional and ACC is standard with the package
