What this pilot says about his M2...

I watch this guy a lot, now I may question his choices..

It starts at 40:55 (it should be qued up to 40:45) but he kinda bashes on the M2..

Well he was right about the gauge cluster being of poor design. I've said this before but someone at BMW needs to be fired for putting the configurable display for speedometer, temperature, etc at the bottom of the cluster where it's obstructed by the steering wheel column unless you have the wheel all the way at the bottom and the seat up high. Meanwhile the upper half of the cluster is all empty black real estate that houses a few idiot lights. One of the worst designs in modern cars.

As for the traction control comments I don't think it's that intrusive and you can always just turn if off.

Well he needs to talk about something his job had been reduced to pressing the "push to talk button" and twisting knobs for the automation.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. The traction control complaint is silly though since there's 3 options available. I'm just amazed someone sat through that for 40 minutes to stumble on the comments at all

Yeah, it's kind of lame I watch that guys videos - he does have some cool landing views and ATC interactions

I watch Premier 1 videos all the time - and other airplane cockpit videos along with countless M car videos...and military stuff too...

I have a decent amount of hours flying 172's, 172 RG and Piper PA44 - of those the twin is by far the most fun, grabbing a cluster of throttle, mixture and prop levers is fun!

My instructor gets annoyed when I pretend to be a jet pilot and slowly, slowly advance the throttle quadrant...
