i was hoping you wouldn't say that, it goes in perfectly in the driver side but passenger side it doesn't push the door handle in at all.

i'm guessing the assembly is broken because it moves, i ended up glueing that pos into place problem solved not to mention that eventually the door ended up getting double locked and had to open it apart and spend 4 hrs tryna open it. now the comfort access won't work (car dosent detect key) so i have to insert key into fob. this car is a joke sometimes

Honestly kind of sounds like you might be responsible for that. I mean, Ive REPLACED my door handles, disassembled the doors, replaced the liner, etc and never had any of these issues.

most likely me or previous owner he replaced the passenger door handle and i'm assuming he broke the oem part because i noticed the bolt hinge is metal and painted on driver side (carrier piece) and passanger side its plastic on regular 335i its metal and painted on both sides.

Well there's your answer

So did you end up getting the handle back on and functioning properly?

Good work 👍👍
What if someone pulls hard on the handle? Any chance of coming loose?
