from one of the pics, the redline is 6.5k, i thought it was much higher than that?

Hahaha. Thats because the photo was taken before the engine had time to warm up to redline max. The redline dial moves as the engine gets warmer .....

nice, but why did they change the style for E90 M3 in just 1 yr? this would make so many 08 M3 owners unhappy

Doesnt look like they changed anything but the tail lights. I wouldnt really call it a facelift the front looks the same to me. Kind of like what they did with the E46 M3 it stayed the same but got LED tails when the rest of the coupes got them.

So are you saying that all 08 e90 owners should be unhappy because of the 09 updates?? If that is the case then just an FYI for all the people that are going to by an 09 e92 that in 10 it will get a face lift so hold out till 10 so you won't get upset.

If I had an 08 e90 M3 in Sparkling Graphite I would be tickled pink right now knowing that my car would be very rare since that color is not being offered in 09.
