Confused between Arctic Grey or Black Sapphire metallic?
Hi,
I ordered a 2019 BMW X5 xDrive40i (M sport package) with an Arctic grey exterior. However, I am having second thoughts if I should go with Black Sapphire Metallic. Any suggestions? |

The carbon black looked more blue in person as well I went with space grey on all my apple peripherals but decided to go black after my mineral white |

I love my arctic grey and it looks good even when dirty.

If you're OCD with any paint swirls, black sapphire and carbon black will drive you nuts - then go arctic. If you prefer metallic black, carbon black has a lot of visual depth.

Yeah I will go with the Arctic grey only. It looks amazing. True, I have a black Honda and it is difficult to maintain black colour.

I read somewhere here that Arctic gray is gone after this year, being replaced with dark graphite which I am interested in. I am done with black. My current black 4runner is the last black I will ever own. Silver/gray is much easier to maintain in showroom condition. My Imola Red 650i is pretty easy color as well. NOTHING is as tough as black.
And I really like that 22 wheel design - hope we get it for 2020. |

Carbon Black is the clear winner with Tartufo
