Installed both shortly after I bought my 2019 X3 and it's a good combo I think. Both are very easy to install. After driving with both for 5 months or so now I think if I had to choose only one it would be the BMS Pedal Tuner.

The Pedal Tuner gives you a more noticeable improvement in everyday driving. Seems like this is the way the pedal should respond in the first place. Can be tweaked between 3 levels of tune or off completely with push of a button.

JB Plus is fun for when you mash on the pedal and the turbo kicks in. To me it's like it adds a level up to the stock turbo settings.

From their website

BMS Pedal Tuner. This plug and play tuner attaches to your gas pedal allowing you to remap and improve throttle response. Toggle between stock, stage1, stage2, and stage3 curves on the fly and even fine tune each mode using simple up or down adjustment buttons on the device. The BMS Pedal Tuner installs and removes in minutes and is fully independent from and compatible with other modifications including the JB4.

After install follow the vehicle calibration process by holding + and - at the same time until all lights flash. Then press the gas pedal fully to the floor a couple times, you should see the status lights move to the right as you press it down. Finally once complete press and hold the stage selector button until all lights turn off to save the calibration. You're ready to go!

What I do not understand is..does this improve throttle response? BC do to that in my 2006 Mustang GT I had to get a CAI and then tune the car....

Interesting. So basically nothing changes except for pedal sensitivity? E.g., depress the pedal 20% and the tuner (I assume it's a man in the middle style) tells the computer you're actually depressing the pedal like 30%?

Bingo, it makes the pedal sensitive AF which was something a tuner did in my old Ford and it was shitty to drive. You would press lightly and it was saying ohh here is 50% throttle, you get nothing less... really helped with gas mileage

You can adjust the level of sensitivity between three options or turn it off completely. Within each level, say level 1 is mild boost and level 3 is max boost, you can further adjust the sensitivity, so there are a lot of options. Yes your gas mileage will suffer if you use max boost all the time LOL
