Exclamation help! I am a bit confused...

why is it that with my new bov (hks sqv) if I am doing a 2nd to 3rd gear pull and I shift quick enough with rpms at about 7k sometimes there is no blow off. is this normal? just wanted to know because it feels slightly weird...

take off the bov and sell it. If the car has DV's then you are doing the car harm..
