Are these issues or characteristics..?

There's a few things I'm not 100% sure are issues or 'as expected'. I'm not far off the 1200 mile service, so wanted to check with everyone else on their experience before raising with the dealer.

1. Full power will be available shortly. This comes up pretty much every time I get in the car, even when the engine is warm but left for maybe 20 mins

2. Speaking on the phone, dialogue is quiet, turn it up and the speaker buzzes.

3. Software update via usb doesn't work. Apparently there's a newer version but I select the menu option with the usb plugged in, file in the root of the drive and it doesn't update. Can't remember the error message, fairly standard like 'cannot locate file'

I know this one is a characteristic, but living in London I have noticed the turning circle is a big one...

number 1, they will all say that.

Number 2 you have a fault.

Number 3 you need to download software too your USB, BMW don't do it.
You need BMW download manager found in BMW connected drive then IF new software available you will need to download it.

2. Fault, maybe with your phone? Mine is fine. iPhone.
3. Cant see an update for our cars. Where are you getting it from?

What version (of what) do you have in the car, and what version does the site give you to download...?

I'm guessing if an update is phone compatibility related (which most updates from that site are), that could solve 2 for you. I've never had an issue with a correctly formatted stick uploading a correctly named update on previous cars, but as I say, no update for my X4MC showing.

I had issues during collection and they rolled back the software to get car play to work. They've said I'm on the latest version but the BMW website says differently. I'll push at the service visit.
