Do you have aftermarket rims? You may need hub spacers.

My wife also mentioned the same problem yesterday, when driving over 75 miles/hr car was wobbling. My first reaction was OMG, one of the tire is gone but when I checked the tire pressure it was okay 32 front and 37.5 rear ( 18" bridgestones).

I might need to get the allignment checked. Is the allignment covered as part of BMW warranty?? If not how much does it cost.

Stock wheels.. then it's gotta be your suspension. Hit any potholes recently?

You pay for damages. I just recently hit an unexpected uneven pavement so hard that two of my tires were destroyed, bent two rims, and damaged suspension. The dealership told me that whatever parts that is defective can be replaced free of charge through warranty, but if something has occured out of that area, then it comes out of your pocket. Thank God for me I'm getting my money back through the city for not having any warnings of such a dangerous hazard on the road.

Definitely have the front wheels roadforced again. You might have bent a wheel, or if you're lucky just thrown a balance weight. BMW front suspensions are notoriously sensitive to wheel & tire imperfections.

It's also a common symptom of a few different bushing failures but I doubt many E9x's are old enough to see that happen yet.

When I picked up my car, I recall my CA telling me to drive carefully and not hit any curbs because alignment is only covered for the first 2500 miles (or was it 2000?). Don't know what the cost is.

+1

What tires do you have? Did you check your tires?

Most likely problem is wheel/tire balance. It will appear at different speeds for different balance issues... ask them to do a complete road force balance on all four wheels.
