12.66 1/4 Mile DINAN stage 2

Hi guys now that DINAN fixed my car I took it to Lebanon Valley in Upstate NY it is in the mountains and can be a very slick track but I was impressed with the car and I know I could have gotten a 12.5? with a better launch. I used my runflat tires with 10,000 mile on them. So here are the results

Reaction .370
60 Foot 1.983
330' 5.407
1/8 Mile 8.208
1/8 MPH 87.65
1000' 10.628
1/4 Mile 12.665
1/4 MPH 110.19

Temp 66.2F Hum 93% BAR 29.49

93 Octane gas

I have a picture of my slip from my BBerry, but it sucks when my girlfriend gets home I will get a good pick.

But I am impressed with the boys from DINAN

Nice, I'm pretty sure that is the best so far on a DINAN tune, just ECU reflash or other mods? Step or 6 speed?

I guess we have to consider the 135 vs 335.

Didn't Dinan make a "custom" tune for you with a little extra juice to make up for your troubles? Great ET, no doubt, but could it be a little better than "normal"?

Outstanding - great baseline for us Stage II guys

For a Stage II only, that is a great ET. Trap speed is about right where you'd expect, too. Your car appears to be running healthy.

Stage II is the Dinan ECU Flash + Dinan IC, correct? Either way, very surprising and very good ET and Trap Speed from your Dinan 135i; we haven't seen a Dinan 335i run that fast yet.

No. Stage II is the flash only. ~13psi, if memory serves. Stage III requires the IC and Oil cooler upgrades and runs a bit more boost.

Great time and trap for your 135i with only flash. It beats my flash-only 12.97 by a mile. All your previous sorrows have turned into .

Auto tranny and it is a slightly different tune for my 135 but not up to stage 3 I do not have an intercooler so they would not do a stage 3 and keep my warranty. But I am very happy with Steve DINAN

Good ET, trap speeds are still a bit lower than a PROcede v2/v3 or JB3 only 335i still.
But none the less, for the lighter 135i, with what appears to be a moderately aggressive tune from Dinan, respectable numbers.

So, you're running slightly more boost than the std. 13psi boost of the Dinan ECU Flash?

Anyone know what the fastest track time is for a Dinan Stage 2 335i? Best I've seen posted is the 12.97 as mentioned above.

I know it runs 13.4 psi boost the things that were done was not told, I do know that this new tune makes it so my passing turn signal does not work anymore. But I told them that the added performance makes up for it so I did not care. So it does not flash 3 times when I hit it but it runs 12's so I am cool. lol. I cannot wait for the Intercooler to be finished and to see this thing go

Huh? That's very strange.

So do you know if this "special" 13.4 psi tune is gonna be available to the general public? I'm assuming your warranty is intact too. That would be a nice bump for existing stage 2ers.

DINAN had my car at the dealer and had all my cars info sent to DINAN to write a specific program for my car that was before we knew it was spark plugs, I think DINAN just wanted me to be happy and shut up. They did a good job.

When they programmed your car stock the turn signal default was change to 1. Read your BMW manual to fix it.
